This client wanted first floor laundry in a ranch home where space was at a premium. Our solution? Build a closet to accept an all-in-one laundry center. We chose to work with a living room corner that was already awkward and difficult for the homeowner to make use of. By adding bar cabinetry, shiplap, floating shelves, and additional lighting we repurposed the space even further. Now our client has a beautiful, functional dry bar in addition to the main level laundry capability they needed.
