Middleton St Kitchen Remodel

In this 1950s cape cod our goal was to modernize the kitchen while honoring its mid-century roots. We opened up the wall between the kitchen and living room and created a counter-depth bar for additional prep space and seating. This made the existing layout more functional allowing us to reincorporate the corner sink space into the remodel.

Redesigned updates include beautiful quartzite countertops, slab front cabinets with discreet pull handles, and new stainless steel appliances including a chef's range with hood. The homeowner especially loved the new undermount basin sink and commercial style kitchen faucet. Larger 4x6" backsplash subway tile and 12x24" concrete-look floor tile tie the look together aesthetically.

The end result is a fresh, functional kitchen that blends effortlessly with the home’s mid-century character.
